The Process
Our process is collaborative, strategic, and tailored to your needs. From understanding your brand and products to conceptualising the shoot, from production to post-production – each step is meticulously planned and executed to ensure the best results.

Creative Call
First we’ll schedule a creative call to discuss your product. we’ll send across my product questionnaire to get clear on your target market and visual identity. Every campaign is meticulously designed and executed with the ideal customer in mind.

Moodboard & Shot List
Next, we’ll create a mood board on Pinterest, and we’ll put together a shot and prop list to make sure we both have the same vision.

Sourcing
Once we have a concept for your product, all you need to do is package up your products and send them to me while we will source everything required for your shoot.

Photography
We’ll take care of the photography, styling and editing of your products.

Presentation
Once the images are finalised, we’ll then send your images via WeTransfer in both full and social size, so you’re all set to show to them off to the world!

How can I book?
You can go ahead and book a call using our scheduler below. It would be great to find out more about your product and vision for your new imagery and take you through the process to ensure we are a good fit.
What are your rates and packages?
Our projects are uniquely tailored to your business needs. To give you an accurate quote, we first need to know your brand, target market, and project goals. Depending on your preference, this is initiated through a creative brief or call. Projects typically start at £1500.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final payment made before the release of your images.
Do you return the products?
If you wish to have your product(s) returned, please include a return label when sending them out.
How far in advance should I book?
Our schedule tends to fill up 1-2 months in advance. We would recommend that you consider your ideal timeline and book well in advance to make sure we meet your needs. If you have an urgent need, feel free to get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued. However, there may be certain circumstances where a reshoot can be requested. Please take a look at our terms and conditions for more information.
Will I have a good idea of what the final content will look like? Will you provide creative direction?
Absolutely! We will collaborate on the creative ideas and details of the shoot based on your brief. Our team will compile a shot list and moodboard for your final approval before we commence shooting.
Do I need to provide all the props?
We have a collection of props and backgrounds in our studio. If you have specific props you’d like us to use, feel free to include them when you send your product. We are also happy to source specific props as needed. All props are charged at cost plus a sourcing fee.
Can you source locations, models, makeup artists, and stylists?
Yes, we can assist with all aspects of the production. Our team has a network of makeup artists, stylists, models, and location agencies that we work with.
What is your turnaround time?
The typical turnaround is 3-4 weeks, depending on our current workload. For urgent deadlines, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How will my images be supplied?
Images will be supplied via a private online link for easy download directly to your computer or phone. They are provided in both high (print) and low (social/web) resolution, ready for immediate use. If you need the images in a specific dimension, crop ratio, or format, please let us know and we will cater to your specifications.
