How do I book a consultation or a photoshoot?
We’d love to help you create the ideal image for your brand or venture! Just book a call using the scheduler below and my team and I will reach out to you soon!
How far in advance do I need to book?
We typically plan 1-2 months ahead, so booking early ensures you get the best slot and photographer suited for your brand. If you have an urgent request, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! We request 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% two weeks before the photoshoot. You can pay the latter in instalments as per this schedule.
What happens if there’s bad weather on the day of the shoot?
We always recommend planning to use an indoor location should the weather be terrible. We can either shoot at your home, workspace, our own studio or a hired location.
Are there any additional costs to be aware of?
Depending on where the shoot is taking place, there might be venue charges like booking an Airbnb or other spaces. Travel beyond 25 miles from the photographer’s home incurs a mileage fee, and accommodation might be needed for longer journeys or international travels. Share the specifics, and I’ll provide a detailed estimate.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for last-minute cancellations, so be sure to read our full cancellation terms.
I’m unsure about my brand’s look or appearance. Can you assist?
Absolutely! As a creative director, shaping brand aesthetics is my forte. We’ll discuss this in depth during our planning session. If you haven’t already, check out my brand personality quiz below to get you started.
Can you help with location scouting?
Yes, absolutely! Picking the right location for your brand shoot is essential to getting the images you need. For something specific, we can scout for houses or spaces to hire.
How many outfits should I have ready?
This answer will vary depending on the locations we are shooting in and the kind of images you need. I typically suggest bringing more than less, to allow lots of variety and a longer lifespan for your socials – there are only so many times you’ll want to post the same outfit! We’ll cover this together in your shoot planning session, but most clients find 8-10 changes with a few additional pieces to throw on or change out like a jacket or top is perfect!
Should I bring props?
We always encourage you to bring any items that resonate with your brand. Our planning session will delve deeper into this topic.
Do you accommodate travel requests?
Certainly! We’re open to both national and international projects. Reach out with details, and we’ll arrange the logistics.
How do you assist in photoshoot preparation?
From questionnaires to shoot planning meetings, we’ll guide you every step of the way. We bring our expertise to ensure your photoshoot captures your brand’s essence perfectly.
Can I change looks during the shoot, including hair and makeup?
Absolutely. My trusted team of makeup artists and hairstylists will ensure you look your best throughout the shoot.
I’m not a natural model. Will you guide me on posing?
Of course! Guiding clients to look their best on camera is one of our strengths.
What’s the typical duration of a photoshoot?
Personal brand photoshoots generally last around 6 hours, including breaks.
What about lighting in darker locations?
The photographer I source will be equipped to handle various lighting situations, ensuring your photos come out great.
How do outfit changes work at outdoor locations?
We have various strategies for outdoor changes, from using a discreet setup to leveraging nearby amenities. Your comfort is a priority.
Do you provide retouched images?
Yes, retouching of up to 20 chosen images is included. These are typically the images you’d use frequently, like for profiles or main website banners.
How many images can I expect?
Expect a gallery of around 300 professionally taken images. Remember to save and back them up; while I ensure quality delivery, backups post-delivery are your responsibility.
When will I receive my photos?
Expect your online gallery link within 2 weeks post-shoot. If there’s a pressing deadline, please let me know in advance.
What are the usage rights for the photos?
While the copyright remains with the photographer, you’ll have a broad license for business and personal use. Reselling images would require prior consent.
Do I need to tag or credit you on social media?
While it’s not mandatory, tagging us helps celebrate your brand, and I’d love to share it with my audience!
